Need something to do?

Scituate has many things to offer, from our parks
and playgrounds to the Scituate Art Festival.

The recreational opportunities in Scituate are provided by both public and private
organizations, cooperating to utilize Town resources to their fullest potential.

The Town of Scituate has seen a growing interest in public recreation facilities. Because of this, a project called the Green Acres program was developed. We now have Hope Park (Clinton Ave.) and Gorham Field (Route 101).Each of these parks have baseball fields, basketball and tennis courts. The Town is always   upgrading and creating more public recreational areas. Look below for other recreational points of interest in Scituate.

Rule and Regulations

All parks are for public use. Many of them are used for team sports as well. The parks are open from 7:00 am to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week,                    unless otherwise posted.
