TOWN OF SCITUATE INVITATION TO BID ELECTRICAL WORK The Town of Scituate, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, is hereby soliciting Bids for Electrical Work on a new Highway Garage. Bid Packages will be available as of Thursday, July 3, 2008, at the office ofthe Scituate Town Clerk, Town Hall, 195 Danielson Pike, North Scituate, RI, during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Bids will be received until Wednesday, 2:00 p.m. July 23, 2008, at which time they WIll be opened publicly in the Town Council Chambers at said Town Hall. Bids shall be sealed and clearly marked Highway Garage Electrical. This project is subject to applicable requirements and prevailing wages set by the Davis Bacon Act; also, OSHA 10 requirements will apply.
